About Brett

Brett joins Peak Services as an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a career spanning more than 25 years in the public and private sectors.

Brett’s former roles leading the Queensland Tourism Industry Council and Brisbane City Council’s marketing and economic development agency, BEDA, give him strong regional and metropolitan knowledge and networks with councils across the state.

In past leadership positions with Australia TradeCoast, Austrade and Vale, Brett has promoted foreign investment and trade to Queensland, and facilitated discussions with local, state and federal government for the delivery of major infrastructure projects and investment across Australia.

Brett is excited to join the Peak Services team and identify further ways to support Queensland councils in their work to build liveable communities.
