Cutting his teeth as a business analyst and consultant, Ben has learnt hands-on through the delivery of large-scale transformation and business improvement projects. He intimately understands the practical application of process improvement methodology, including Lean and Six Sigma, working within established governance frameworks to drive improvement. Ben’s experience on the ground in service delivery nearly underpins his contributions as a bid and business manager, where he designs solutions to meet the client need informed by real-world project execution.

Recognised as an astute and capable corporate services professional, Ben is proficient in end-to-end bid management, managing contracts and consulting with executives and managers on structuring successful commercial arrangements. Beyond bidding and performance team leadership, Ben also manages Peak’s 24/7 contact centre operation; the critical first point of contact and our primary touchpoint with local communities.
