About Natasha
Natasha joined Peak Services in 2016 and has over 15 years of local and international experience (New York, London) in the resources and not for profit sectors, as well as all tiers of Australian Government (local, state, federal.)
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Natasha has a broad scope of responsibility across the internal corporate functions of the business, ranging from governance, bids, marketing, business development, as well as HR and administration.
As Company Secretary, Natasha has a strong compliance and governance mindset, providing business analysis and producing quality business planning and reporting documentation for external parties, management, the Board and the Shareholder.
Natasha plays a critical role in ensuring Quality Assurance across the business including oversight of the tendering process of Peak’s consultancy business.
Natasha has proven track record in the implementation of business improvement and efficiency measures (both business and customer facing). With a passion for continuous improvement and quality assurance, Natasha identifies, designs, and implements multi-disciplinary initiatives which improves the efficiency and cost of processes, systems and the overall staff and customer-experience.
Natasha has a strong ability to get up to speed on difficult subject matters and complex situations quickly, eliminating bottlenecks in order to deliver projects smoothly.
