The BSB50820 Diploma Project Management is suited to those in council currently coordinating or managing projects.
Our course will assist participants to increase their skills in the scoping of projects, managing of project timelines, quality, and costs as well as identifying and managing human resources and identifying risk. Attendees will learn how to undertake project procurement, increase their stakeholder engagement and manage their governance to ensure good project integration.
Delivered over six (6) one-day theory-based Virtual Classroom workshops, participants will need to dedicate ample time post workshops to the assessment process required to attain this qualification. The next virtual classroom delivery of this Diploma commences on 22 October and is delivered over 6 days, in 3 x 2 day blocks. Our per person price is $3550, GST free.
