Majestic Cinema Redevelopment Nambour

A commercial landlord procured project management services from Peak for the development and construction of a multi-cinema complex within an existing multi-tenanted commercial shopping centre.  

Parts of the redevelopment space remained operational as a throughout the redevelopment, which provided the logistical challenge of ensuring a high level of customer experience for movie goers and the remaining 30+ commercial tenancies. 

The redevelopment created a four-cinema tenancy with restaurant, ticketing, function space, entertainment venue and was delivered in time for the seasonal blockbuster movie period and in accordance with the recommended budget.
