DRFA Program Management - North Burnett Regional Council

In response to a 2013 Declared Disaster Event, Peak provided extensive program management and advisory services assistance to support North Burnett Regional Council. During this challenging period, Peak provided advisory assistance to ensure the recovery of infrastructure through funding as part of the DRFA (former NDRRA) program.  

Peak’s process kicked off with project controls implementation, damage assessment services and the development of funding applications as part of a strategic approach to market. Peak then delivered multiple projects including the procurement of works for delivery. Projects were delivered, and funding claims completed and finalised. Peak was responsible for procuring, project managing and advising a combined portfolio of approximately $120 million worth of works.
