New Template: Sexual Harassment Policy, plus updates to discrimination bullying and harassment templates

Changes to legislation has seen a shift in a reactive approach to dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace to a more proactive approach.
With this in mind, we have recently uploaded a new Sexual Harassment Policy template in HR Assist that Councils can now start to implement. We also slightly amended the previous Discrimination, Bullying and Harassment Policy template to reflect the new change of having sexual harassment its own policy.
Now is a great time for Councils to start preparing for the changes and a review of your policy/s is a great place to start.
