In addition to owning her own business, she has excelled in various industries, including Event Management, Procurement and Recruitment, and worked across industry sectors, which have spanned Sole Traders, Not-for-Profit organisations and Multi-Nationals.

Celine has experience partnering with local governments and appreciates the unique and often diverse communities and geographical regions they service, calling upon her wealth of experience and connections to help identify and locate specific talent for often very specialised roles.

Sonali is an accomplished and highly experienced Local Government procurement leader, business analyst and probity consultant with 30 years’ experience in strategic procurement, sustainable procurement, business process transformation, organisational change management and finance management in government and private sectors. 

Sonali is recognized as a strong leader amongst peers and staff with extensive experience in leading, training, developing, mentoring and motivating people.

Michael Byrne is Peak Consulting's Principal Probity Specialist. He is an accomplished Probity and Procurement Executive with over 40 years’ experience in the private and public sectors.

In his roles as Chief Procurement Officer and Manager Contract and Risk Manager at Brisbane City Council, Michael was accountable for procurement governance of all Council’s procurement including construction, infrastructure, and ICT projects.  He also had senior roles at the Queensland Electricity Commission and in the development of Stanwell Power Station, a major construction project.
