The recent Auditor General’s Financial Audit Report - Local Government highlighted the need for strong procurement and contract management practices across the sector. To support the ongoing need for improved procurement knowledge and skills within councils, we continue to deliver a selection of Procurement development programs, delivered virtually through our public course calendar or in-house at your council!

From July-December 2023, we will deliver this suite of Procurement training workshops headed by our Procurement Specialist trainer, Joel Hillier.  Joel is well known within Queensland Local Government and has over 27 years’ experience conducting procurement-related workshops. He is just one of a handful of CIPS Accredited Trainers in Australia.
