Associate - Legal and Workforce Paul has worked in employment and industrial relations for several government departments, Government Owned Corporations and in the private sector. Most recently Paul worked as a solicitor for five years in a law firm that specializes in employment and industrial relations. Paul has experience acting for both employers and employees, including representation of clients in the Fair Work Commission, the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Whilst Paul takes a pragmatic approach when dealing with issues, he is client focused and always seeks to obtain the best outcomes for clients. |

Senior Advisor – Procurement Office and Professional Advisory With 20+ years of experience in Procurement and Contacts Management, Gordon’s knowledge in this space is unparalleled. His career spans working across numerous Procurement and Contract Management ventures including Commonwealth Defence Engineering projects, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing to Specification, Change Management, International Vendor Sourcing and Human Resource Management. Gordon developed and implemented the Blue Care corporate strategic procurement policy and major change management of the organisational procurement function including the consolidation of 13 regional business units into a centrally managed model resulting in the successful changeover of suppliers and distributors to 150 delivery points and 280 internal cost centres that resulted in substantial savings in cost and personnel. |
