BSB42315 Certificate IV in Environmental Management and Sustainability
Climate change is a pressing issue for Queensland local governments that is already manifesting as legal, social, economic, and environmental risk. Local governments make decisions that span generations and need to be actively assessing and responding to the direct and indirect risks that climate change presents across all parts of council and the community. This is a rapidly evolving area of responsibility and opportunity, and council leaders and officers need new knowledge and skills to respond to the challenge.
Peak Services Training offers the first nationally accredited climate risk management courses in Australia. This course has been developed for individuals who are responsible for land use planning, policy development, the planning and delivery of assets and infrastructure, disaster and risk management, strategic planning, and sustainability management, and is suitable for local government, state government and allied professionals.
All assessment is completed in class and our course is delivered by Virtual Classroom.
