Shinaide brings extensive experience in grants, program management, strategic planning, policy analysis, governance, stakeholder engagement and parliamentary management.

 

Shinaide has provided strategic policy advice, managed high-profile grant programs, led governance reforms, and supported executive decision-making through evidence-based analysis. Shinaide’s experience allows her to see the bigger picture, connecting strategy, policy, and operations to drive meaningful outcomes.

In grants management, she has assessed government grant applications, conducting thorough assessments of applications, reviewing eligibility criteria, and analysing project proposals to ensure they aligned with program objectives. This experience provides valuable insights that will provide enormous benefits to our clients. Her client-facing roles have involved liaising with government departments and industry stakeholders, and working with the executive leadership to align leadership objectives with strategic goals.

Shinaide’s leadership has been recognised through nomination to participate in the Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA) Future Leaders Program, and following that, as an Assessor for the IPAA Spirit of the Service Awards. She excels at driving continuous improvement, and values transparency, honesty, and a culture that encourages questioning why and taking considered risks. She is committed to continuous learning and working with communities to deliver meaningful and positive change.
