Bahar joins Peak as an Intermediate Advisor in the Grant Office and Professional Advisory team, bringing extensive experience across multidisciplinary teams.
Bahar brings eight years of experience as a management consultant, with expertise in tourism strategy and planning, stakeholder consultation, data analysis, survey design, project management and training. She has worked across multidisciplinary research teams on innovative research projects in sustainable tourism and behavioural science, applying both qualitative and quantitative methodologies using tools such as Stata, SPSS, and Smart-PLS. Her experience also includes designing and delivering workshops in business, negotiation, and tourism-related courses. She has leveraged tools like Design Sprint, Tableau, and Miro to drive data analysis, visualisation, and stakeholder communication.
