With over 20 years of experience leading and supporting multi-sectoral projects across business, economic, and private sector development, Sharee has a strong background in policy research, data analysis, and business intelligence. Her expertise includes strategic project planning, policy research, data analysis, and business intelligence. Sharee has worked as a Grant Assessor for Arts Queensland and as an international sustainable tourism development consultant, collaborating with government agencies, Indigenous organizations, and SMEs to deliver economic and social initiatives.She has secured funding for community projects, advised on business strategy and national policy documents, and mentored high-growth businesses through the Queensland Government's Mentoring for Growth program. Sharee believes that a diversity of ideas and experience strengthens relationships, delivering meaningful benefits.
