His experience includes building organisations’ capacity on employment related legal frameworks and providing workplace law advice to influence, set the direction and create environments which enable delivery of enhanced business results and to ensure compliance management.
Admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland with a Practising Certificate in Victoria, Johan graduated with a Master of Industrial Relations Management, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce, Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management and Post Graduate Certificate in Employment Law.
