About Rona

Rona Horsfall joined Peak Services in 2018 with more than 25 years’ of experience in the Executive Recruitment sector across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. For the past seven years Rona has been based in Cairns where her focus continues to be on meeting the recruitment needs of State and Local government as well as GOCs, NFP organisations and commercial entities across Far North Queensland.

A highly experienced recruitment consultant, Rona is recognised for her exceptional consulting advice and high level of customer service. Assisted restructure &appointment of executives

Douglas Shire Council – after the appointment of a new CEO in 2018 Rona worked closely with Council through a restructure and appointed executives across a range of disciplines.

Built up Council Governance and Communications portfolio capabilities

Cassowary Coast Regional Council – over the past couple of years has worked closely with the Council to build their capability across Governance, Communications and Engineering/Infrastructure portfolio’s.

Helped fill in 20+ challenging roles

Townsville City Council – has worked consistently with Council over the past 18 months and successfully filled in excess of 20 roles that had previously been difficult to fill and/or vacant for long periods of time.
