The program aims to support SEQ councils to fast-track investment in infrastructure, planning and capability development projects which support economic investment in outer-urban areas or low socio-economic areas; invest in essential infrastructure and services; and support the long-term sustainability of the local government. Note two components: base allocation funding (ie Councils can use their allocation towards multiple projects or for a single project up to the total amount of their approved allocation)  AND competitive application funding.
