This course is suited to staff in a supervisory, team leader or foreman role. It will enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in managing teams, improving their understanding of leading teams as well as give them further knowledge of the expectations and responsibilities of their current roles.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will gain more confidence in their leading style and roles as well as improved skills and knowledge in understanding and leading their teams. This workshop will also help participants define direction, better communicate, motive, inspire and empower their teams towards achieving organisational success.
