Learning Outcomes
This program will provide an understanding of investigations, how they are conducted, steps required for an effective investigation and how to bring an investigation to its conclusion including how to issue an infringement notice.

- Information Privacy Act 2009
- State Penalties Enforcement Act 1999
- Local Government Act 2009
- Evidence Act 1977
- Public Sector Ethics Act 1994
This course is a useful introductory program to the PSP40416 Certificate IV in Government Investigations (Regulatory compliance specialisation).
