Staff who are managing finance, but are not directly involved in Council’s accounts. This program is designed to improve understanding of financial management and procedures as it relates to individual sections and departments in Council.
Participants will explore tools, concepts and techniques used by financial analysts. They will also be guided through a practical and best practice approach to understanding budgets and financial reports.
