Animal Management Officers and senior staff. This course has been developed to respond to the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Act 2008 and to provide Councils and Authorised Persons with the skills and knowledge to carry out their obligations under the Act in both a lawful and effective manner.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will gain an improved understanding of the legal processes and be better able to interpret the Acts they administer for Council. This course has been updated to reflect a recent update on banned dog breeds.
