The proposed project must service the communities of Burke Shire Council, Carpentaria Shire Council, Doomadgee Aboriginal Shire Council and Mornington Shire Council - $30,000. Open to community organisations that have Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR 1) status as endorsed by the Australian Tax Office.
