Pathway 1 is a non-competitive, allocation-based funding pathway to deliver planning outcomes in eligible local government including those related to endorsed Local Housing Action Plans or Local Housing Plans - Up to $100,000.

Pathway 1 is limited to western and regional local governments identified as Group 3.
