Patricia began her journey with the LGAQ in March 2014 and transitioned to Peak Services in 2017. As the Business Development Manager for Peak's Training Services, she collaborates closely with the local government sector, offering upskilling opportunities and guidance to help councils enhance their dynamic services to communities.
Patricia finds her role both challenging and enjoyable, with the highlight being her interactions with council clients and the opportunity to travel across the state. She is driven daily to deliver high-quality, cost-effective training solutions to both councils and the private sector. With over 23 years of experience in adult education, Patricia has held roles as a qualified trainer, sales executive, account manager, and learning and development executive. She is now passionate about her current position, serving as the key link between Peak Training and the seventy-seven councils.
