Natalie Manning has been a Customer Service Officer with Peak for four years. Natalie was initially hired as a Scanner but was given the opportunity to upskill through Peak. Now, as a Customer Service Officer, Natalie deals with emergency calls, SMS alarms, water issues and power issues on the daily.
Natalie now spends a typical weekend to everyone else helping customers from all over Australia with their emergencies. Peak has allowed Natalie to have a flexible work schedule that works around her university timetable for an impeccable work-life balance.
